Swing Bed Program

The Swing Bed program is a skilled nursing program that provides continued care and rehabilitation in the facility following a lengthy illness or surgery. This program provides IV therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Cardiac Rehab, And Social services based on patient needs.
