For your convenience, HCMH operates two rural health clinics:
Hardeman County Clinic404 Mercer Street Phone: (940) 663-6651 Hours: M-Th: 8am-5pm / Friday: 8am-4pm They operate with two Family Practice Physicians, Dr. Kevin Lane, DO and Dr. Trevor Rohm, MD, and one Family Nurse Practitioner, Fara Garza FNP. Cardiology care is provided by Ved Ganeshram, MD, every other Monday at the HCC. Appointments are made through Dr. Ganeshram’s office at 940-687-5100. HCC accepts all insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, Indigent Care, and self-pay patients. |
